Chairman of the Board and Board Member Dr. Warner serves as SWIIM’s Chairman and member of the board. A leading entrepreneur and philanthropist, he spent 30 years as an exploration geologist with his work culminating in his discovery and participation in Jonah Field and the first commercial development of Pinedale Field, located adjacent to Jonah Field in Sublette County, Wyoming. Jonah and Pinedale combined is the third largest gas accumulation ever discovered within the continental United States..
Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Mr. France serves as SWIIM’s Chief Executive Officer and board member. Prior, he has participated in asset development transactions and assisted companies in structure, organization, management and capital development for such ventures. He has been involved in agricultural development projects including water rights, land and natural resource projects.
Chief Scientist and Board Member Mr. Stollar serves as SWIIM’s Chief Scientist and board member. He has served as a consultant providing project management and technical assistance on projects related to groundwater resources, financial allocation of responsibility for remediation, contaminant hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, monitoring, aquifer remediation and the environmental impact of hazardous materials for a wide range of clients throughout the United States.
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary to the Board Mr. Cohen serves as SWIIM’s CFO, Treasurer and Secretary to the board. He has been a financial consultant for several real estate, water rights and natural resource development projects based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Cohen possesses an extensive background in business administration and corporate finance.
Board Member Mr. Puglia serves as an independent board member and advisor for SWIIM. He currently serves as Western Growers Association’s Executive Vice President. Mr. Puglia joined Western Growers in 2005, leading the association’s state government affairs team and media communications staff on behalf of the association’s 2,500 members in California, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.
Board Member Mr. Lenaghan serves as a board member and advisor for SWIIM. Mr. Lenaghan is co-founder and Managing Director of goFARMAustralia Pty (“goFARM”), based in Australia. goFARM is an agricultural property developer and manager, focused on delivering investment-grade agricultural assets. goFARM is also an investor in water rights. In the past twelve months, based on deliberate investment strategies, Mr. Lenaghan and the goFARM team have acquired 22,000 hectares of prime agricultural land suitable for development and repositioning (grazing through to irrigated cotton and dryland grain into irrigated almonds).
